This hour lecture presents the latest evidence based self-care practices to nourish sleep. Participants will take away first-hand experience with breath flows, simple pre- sleep yoga, mudras that release tension and soothe the nervous system. Additionally, tips for creating the optimal environment that supports sleep will be covered.
