Details
USCG Licensed Captain Rich Cloonan will teach the NYS Safe Boating Class. Students 10 years and older may operate a motorboat in NY State waters, and anyone 14 years and older may operate a personal water craft in NY State waters. A NY State Certification Card will be received after completion of both sessions.Local law enforcement agencies accept the NY State Certification as proof of boating safety education. Limit of 8 in each session.
