Session one is a hands-on class focusing on showing students how coding languages are structured to perform tasks to meet specifications. Students will learn the fundamentals of a basic language using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), the standard markup language, to create basic web pages and web applications. Session two will build on the skills learned in session one, learning and developing a more advanced project using Cascading-Style Sheet (CSS), including visual layouts. Students will work both individually and in groups. Prerequisites: Strong computer and typing skills.
