During this Zoom art talk hosted by art historian Sylvia Laudien-Meo, we will explore modern art works made from threads or fabric. Fabric art began humbly, considered merely decorative and mostly a woman's domain. However, this field has been revolutionized since the Bauhaus years and has a very strong standing in the contemporary art world. Join us to learn about the leading artists working in this exciting medium and explore their innovative use of materials. Limit of 50.
