Details

Promoting fitness for parents and their children, Stroller Strides offers an hour-long workout that combines intervals of cardio with resistance training using resistance bands. Songs and activities are woven into the workout to keep the kids in the stroller happy and entertained. Parents get a great workout without leaving their child, and children get to have lots of fun! Parents please wear sneakers and bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and your child in a stroller. Limit of 20.
