Amanda Rottman is an Early Childhood Instructional Coach with the Central Region Education Cooperative (CREC). She taught in New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) full inclusive classrooms for 15 years across the state utilizing research based practices to ensure inclusion of all young children and their families.
Jennifer Marez has over 20 years of experience as an educator in Pre-school, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. She holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a New Mexico and Texas license in Early Childhood Education and a K-8 Elementary License. She also has a TESOL and ESL license with a great deal of experience working with ELL students. She is currently the Early Childhood Instructional Coach for 5 districts where she has found the opportunity to share her love and passion of teaching and learning with her teachers.
Katrina Gallegos, M.A. has been an Early Childhood Instructional Coach for the past 2 years. She has a New Mexico Level 3 Teaching License and has worked for over 10 years in the early childhood profession with extensive experience in Early Childhood Special Education.
Deborah has over thirty years of experience in the field of education and has worn many hats; preschool teacher, Child Care Director, Special Education Teacher, 1st-grade teacher, Head Administrator for a Virtual Charter School and now an Early Childhood Instructional Coach. She finds it both rewarding and exciting to be on the front lines of the progress and strides New Mexico is making in Early Childhood Education.
