You will receive your code to access the required online units that accompany these debriefs within 5-7 days of registering here. Start the online units as soon as you receive your access.
Completion of all scheduled debriefs is a requirement for completion of the NMePyramid training. If you miss a scheduled debrief, please contact the Lead Facilitator for this training to make it up before the end of the semester.
You must complete the online modules that correspond with your scheduled debrief. There are 3 six-hour long modules that comprise the online work required.
Amanda Rottman is an Early Childhood Instructional Coaching Coordinator with the Central Region Educational Cooperative. She has taught in NM PED fully inclusive classrooms across the state for years and has experience with providing professional learning to teachers across the state. Her educational background includes Early Childhood, Special Education, and Administrative Leadership. She is a licensed PED Administrator, and Level II Teacher.
Denise Calcanis is and Early Childhood Instructional Coach with the CREC serving Lovington, Ruidoso, and Roswell teachers. Denise earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a minor in Reading. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Reading and Literacy from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. She has 7 years experience as a Special Education teacher in both elementary and secondary school and 6 years of experience teaching in a NM PreK classroom.
