Online registration has closed. Onsite registration will not be available.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.

Instructions

1. You will enter Group Contact information on the first screen.
   
   The Group Contact is responsible for managing the members registered in the group and the payment for all members in the group.
   
   Entering group contact information does not register you personally for the event. If you wish to register yourself and/or others as a participant you must complete a registration form by clicking on the 'Add Registrant' button at the bottom of the Group Contact form.
   
   
2. Please ensure each member added to your Group Registration has their individual email address.
   
   The email address provided on each registration is utilized for all event communications: Confirmation Emails, Event Reminder Emails, Event Update Emails, and Evaluation/CE Emails.
   
   If you do not provide the registrants' individual email addresses they will not receive any communications, including their CE after the event.
