North East Florida Health Information Management Association (NEFHIMA) 23rd Annual Spring Seminar

NEFHIMA Spring Seminar - Coronavirus Update

**The NEFHIMA Spring Seminar is being postponed due to concerns over the coronavirus situation out of an abundance of caution.  We plan to reschedule this as a Fall Seminar in September, 2020.   Further details on the new date will be sent when available.**

NEFHIMA leadership met to discuss the coronavirus situation.

The situation changes hour by hour which has made it impossible to accurately assess risk.

Over the last few days, several things brought us to the difficult decision to postpone our NEFHIMA Spring Seminar:

  • There are currently confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our state
  • Facilities are suspending large meetings/events through at least April 30, 2020
  •  More and more employers are prohibiting travel at this time
  • Some colleges have suspended in-person classes for the rest of the semester

The health of our members, presenters and guests is a top priority.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Full refunds will be issued to the registrants.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this very unique situation.

Thank you,

Your NEFHIMA Board
