Gratitude 28-Day Challenge

It's easy to take things for granted, especially when so much of our time is spent pursuing things we don't currently have. You can cultivate more gratitude through regular practice. During this 28-day challenge, you will be asked to practice gratitude daily. Let this challenge be your guide. Then use this foundation to make gratitude a lifelong habit. You-and the people around you-have a lot to be grateful for! 

Participants receive educational materials, weekly emails and unlimited telephonic health coaching. Participants will report their weekly progress on the Be Well portal.


Each week, participants will be eligible for a random drawing to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.


You must participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.
