Maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle while on the go can be challenging. Although home-cooked meals should always be the first choice, sometimes eating on the road is unavoidable. This seminar will cover strategies to change the way you eat on the go and suggestions for healthier options when eating on the road.

This program is open to all full and part-time employees. For full-time, benefits-eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way program, this session will be worth 10 points towards your Tier Two total.
