Setting and Achieving your Health and Wellness Goals

Goal setting is a proven part of health behavior change. In this workshop you will learn about this comprehensive process, including creating a health vision, identify areas of change, and how to effectively move through the change process toward increased agency and optimal well-being.

This program is open to all full and part-time employees. For full-time, benefits-eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way program, this session will be worth 10 points towards your Tier Two total.
