'Tis the Season Stress Relief Challenge

Stress is an unavoidable part of life that everyone experiences. While stress cannot be completely eliminated, there are certain steps we can take to manage it more effectively.
Unmanaged stress can impact your physical and emotional health, and may lead you to engage in unhealthy behaviors. Some studies suggest there is a potential link between chronic stress and diabetes, elevated LDL cholesterol, heart disease, hypertension, obesity, as well as tooth and gum disease. Avoid the unwanted negative consequences of stress by finding alternative ways to respond to stressful events and circumstances.
The 'Tis the Season 28-Day Stress Relief Challenge is designed to help you pay attention to the stressors in your life and find healthy ways to cope with them. You will receive tips and education via weekly email reminders, and can reach out to our health professionals for individualized support.
Tracking is completed on the Be Well portal, so this challenge is open to full-time, benefits-eligible employees only. Those who actively participate in all four weeks of the challenge will be eligible for 20 points toward Tier 2 for 2022. In addition, participants will be eligible for random drawings throughout the challenge.
