Regular strength training is critical to preserving muscle mass that diminishes with age. Throughout this 28-day challenge, you will assess your current strength training habits; establish a S.M.A.R.T. goal related to your strength training; learn about simple strength exercises; plan your exercise each week; record and keep track of your progress through the Be Well Solutions portal; reward yourself for your success! Participate in all four weeks of the challenge to earn 20 Tier 2 points.


Tracking is completed on the Be Well portal, so this challenge is open to full-time, benefits-eligible employees only. Those who actively participate in all four weeks of the challenge will be eligible for 20 points toward Tier 2 for 2023
