Leadership for Employee Engagement Certificate Program

June - December, 2022

New Content
The Leadership for Employee Engagement program was designed with mid-level managers in corporations, government institutions, and non-profit organizations in mind. We know that managers are facing unprecedented challenges, brought about by new work modalities, changing expectations from employees, increased levels of uncertainty, and incredible churn brought on by the “great resignation.” These changes also offer remarkable potential to redefine and reshape corporate culture to promote more inclusive, productive, and satisfying work-life experiences for employees that not only support employee engagement and well-being but also support organizational efficiency and productivity. The goal of this program is to help leaders develop and promote a sense of belonging through an engaging, inclusive, productive, and happy organizational culture within the hybrid workplace environment.
