This course provides an introduction to understanding, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish for workers in the field of technology. Emphasis is placed on pronunciation, parts of speech, basic communicative phrases, culture, and skills for language acquisition to better respond to Spanish-speaking client and customer needs. Upon completion, students should be able to communicate in simple Spanish phrases, identify and apply basic grammar concepts, and display cultural awareness.
There is no cost for members in good standing that meet the membership description below.
This is a pilot program for all telecom member in District 4,7,9, T&T and CWA Passenger Service Agent members in good standing.
