This is a series of sessions designed for District Improvement Teams which will provide training and support for MICIP implementation during the 2023-2024 school year by taking a look at Michigan’s MTSS Practice Profile and how it connects to MICIP. Each session, administrators will receive training and resources that can be taken back to their district to complete. Space will be provided for teams to remain on-site throughout the day. The content is different each month and connects to previous content. Therefore,
participants need to attend all sessions and implement between each session. By the end of the series, participants will have reviewed existing plans, created or refined systems-level documents.
Participants/Teams can choose to join virtually (via Zoom) or in-person. Synchronous
learning will take place from 9:00-11:00 am. Space will be available for in-person teams to
engage in work throughout the remainder of the day with technical assistance available.
