Did you know that you may be in labor for hours before the hospital will admit you? This is referred to as “Early Labor” and if you take this class you will be given many of the tools you need to get through the challenges of an opening uterus. Your body is emotional, hormonal, physical and impacted by your state of mind. The class addresses the ways in which you can influence the labor towards best outcomes for baby and the whole family. We encourage your birth partner to join you for the class to practice the skills.

• Classes, schedules and fees are subject to change.
• There are no refunds for missed classes.
• No children permitted in class. No childcare available.
• Class cancellations received by the registrar seven days prior to the class are entitled to a refund.
