After Baby Comes is a weekly gathering of newly expanded families to share, encourage, and gather resources. If you have just come home with your baby, or have just surfaced after the challenging first couple of months of your new family, we are here for you!

For now, we meet virtually via Microsoft Teams, once you register your link will work for the rest of your baby's first year. We continue to meet virtually until we are able to offer in person groups, free of charge, as well.

Weekly topics are covered and materials are distributed as requested. Topics/Speakers to include but not limited to:

  • Feeding
  • Sleep/SIDS
  • Returning to Work
  • Infant Massage Therapist
  • Growth and Development
  • Tummy Time
  • Immunizations
  • Physical Therapist
  • Fatigue/Rest
  • Calming and Crying
  • Safety

This is a parent group facilitated each week by an Overlake Certified Perinatal Educator, and often hosts guest speakers who have a specific pediatric or perinatal specialty.
