ONLINE GENTLE YOGA, Session I & II

Practice easy stretches, postures, guided meditation and breathing exercises in one of these gentle therapeutic yoga classes.

EXPLORING LIFE IN SURVIVORSHIP THROUGH COLLAGE

Completion of initial treatment is a major milestone that provides opportunities for personal growth as well as new challenges. In this class we will explore issues that may arise with shifting identities as well as ways to help manage them using collage.


MEDITATION PRACTICES FOR SELF-CARE, SESSION I & II

Join us to learn simple ways to quiet the mind and learn how meditation can be beneficial to your overall health. You will learn a variety of meditation techniques that you can easily practice whenever you need it most. Come to one or all classes.

LAUGHTER YOGA SERIES

A quick boost of laughter to start and set the tone for your day! Life becomes lighter when you laugh! Boost your mood, energy, health, and sense of

playfulness with laughter exercises, deep breathing, and gentle stretches.


IN-PERSON CREATIVE WORKSHOPS FOR FAMILIES

Creative Workshops for families facing cancer. Open to children 6-9 years old, parents welcome but not required. Welcome to come to some or all.

ONLINE SWELL Lymphedema Support Group

Talking with others and getting needed support is key to living with lymphedema. Join us for sharing and educational presentations focused on living with this challenging condition. Meetings provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to give and receive support.
