Assignment Design - Session 3:
Assignments are powerful teaching tools, and their design is one of the most important intellectual tasks faculty undertake. As we convert disposable assignments into renewable ones, rather than take that work on in isolation we invite you to join this working session grounded in collegial exchange and sharing. This 90 minute peer-review will be an opportunity to talk with other faculty interested in trading ideas about the design and use of the various renewable tasks we set for our students. You will leave with concrete strategies for strengthening the assignment you bring to the session as well as a range of ideas based on the renewal assignments other colleagues are using across campus.
