In this session, we will discuss Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) Theory. In the past, leadership research and training has been critcized for being too 'leader - centric'. During this session we will discuss social exchanges between leaders and followers, transitioning between roles and delegation best practices.

He is an experienced Training and E-learning Professional. Areas of expertise include research, training, criteria development, and evaluation with a demonstrated history of working in government, higher education, and safety and health. Skilled in Adobe Products, Microsoft Suite, Statistical Data Analysis, and Management. Strong education professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
