This course teaches intermediate Xactimate users the most efficient ways to deliver professional estimates as they learn how to create an estimate from start to finish, how to utilize Xactware pricing data, how to create professional floor plans in Sketch, graphical estimation and more.

Registration for this training session is $499.00. Payment can be made by all major credit cards.




Cancellation Policy: A $50 per person charge is applied to all changes and/or cancellations not initiated by Xactware. Cancellation refunds: A full refund less $50 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. A 50% refund less $50 will be provided for cancellations received by Xactware 15–30 days prior to the seminar date, and no refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 15 days of the seminar date. Full payment minus $50 can be credited to another seminar at any time. All no-shows forfeit any refund or credit. Xactware may cancel any seminar at any time. Class Details

The Xactimate Proficiency Virtual training Course is designed for new to intermediate Xactimate users. It is taught by Xactware's certified trainers and conducted in various cities throughout the USA and Canada, including our Lehi, Utah campus.

Students in this course will acquire the knowledge and skills to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Xactimate tools. Students will be taught the most efficient ways to set up, dimension, scope, and deliver professional estimates through valuable hands-on training. All this is done while preparing students for the Level 1 certification exams.

Class Prerequisites: Students of this class must meet the system and computer skill requirements outlined in the Course Summary documents listed above or they may be asked to leave the class..



Virtual Class Session Details

The Xactware virtual class will be held in a Webex session.


Upon registration of the class you will be provided instructions to join the web session.



Note: Course registration includes all five class sessions. Customers must participate in all five class sessions and cannot switch between morning and afternoon sessions to receive their completion certificate. Monday session is a three (3) hour session. All other days are two and half hours (2.5 hours).


Rick Carter is currently a Certified Sr. Instructor with Xactware Solutions and teaches the latest techniques for estimating and repairing property damage to all parties involved in property damage claims.  His classes routinely include in-house and field adjusters, building contractors, appraisers, and other insurance professionals who are interested in becoming more proficient in accurately estimating property damage.

Prior to becoming an instructor for Xactware Solutions in 2010, Rick was a quality assurance team leader and software tester for multiple software development companies. He has also worked as a premium support services technician, which involved creating and teaching training courses. He has over 3 years of construction experience, holds IICRC certification for WTR, and has a Bachelor of General Studies from Brigham Young University
