3. The historical path and progression of US laws, policies, and protections for the LGBTQ community:
a. Highlights from landmark United States Supreme Court cases
b. The historical path and progression of the American Psychiatric Association's influence on the courts
relating to LGBTQ rights and equality
4. Creating and sustaining LGBTQ-inclusive work environments as a public health initiative:
a. Unpacking minority stressors and the impact on physical and mental health and well-being
b. Exploring explicit and implicit messaging to improve and sustain lived equality in the workplace for
LGBTQ-indentifying employees
