Details

Purpose: This conference has three main goals

• To build a broader awareness among the healthcare community of reproductive justice and efforts nationally and within Colorado to achieve it

• To demonstrate the need for and benefits of taking an approach to healthcare that is guided by the reproductive justice framework

• To contribute to efforts to mobilize sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals in Colorado around the call to action posed by the reproductive justice movement and framework



Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the reproductive justice framework
  • Analyze key historical events that informed the reproductive justice framework and beyond
  • Highlight key reproductive justice issues in Colorado
  • Consider how concepts of reproductive justice can be integrated into clinical care
