Course Modality

McNeese is pleased to offer participants two options when taking Project Management. Attendees who wish to participate in person will have the instructor present. A classroom on the McNeese campus will be setup to provide the requisite social distancing for Covid-19 safety precautions.

Participants may also choose to join the course via Zoom. Zoom participants will be able to engage with the instructor in much the same way as in-person participants. Zoom participants who do not have access to a microphone can type their questions/comments to the instructor.

Zoom participants will not need to install any software to join via Zoom. Access is possible through your preferred web browser. A Zoom link for online participants will be sent one week prior to the course start date with all the requisite information and instructions for joining the online event.

Zoom participants will need at least the following technology:

  • reliable internet connection
  • computer or laptop with speakers
  • microphone (if you wish to speak to the instructor)

Zoom participants: Internet connections can be interrupted. However, no course refunds will be issued for poor internet connectivity. It is the participant's responsibility to secure reliable internet connectivity prior to the course start time.

Covid-19 Precautions

The health and safety of our campus community is our top priority as we closely monitor evolving information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

McNeese will abide by social distancing and mask-wearing mandates applicable to the Covid-19 Phase when this course begins.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for this course after the registration deadline. In the event that you cannot attend, you are welcome to send another person as a replacement at no charge. In addition, you may transfer your registration payment to a future course at no cost as long as you use it within the next 12-month period. For example, if you pay for a course in July that you do not attend, you have until July 31st of the following year to transfer the payment. Furthermore, if the cost of the future course increases, you will be required to pay the difference.

The McNeese State University Institute for Industry-Education Collaboration will always make the best effort to avoid cancelling a course.
