How do I register for my first course?

For first-time registrants on this new online system, follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to register for a course:

  • Go to "Courses" and view a listing of upcoming courses.
  • Click on "More Information" for a specific course and then click "Register Now," again on the new page.
  • Then, click on "Create a New Account." Enter your name, individual email address, and other required information.
  • You will be asked to create a password that contains at least 8 characters/numbers and the password must contain at least one letter and one number.
  • Once all the questions have been answered, click on "Submit Registration."
  • To add colleagues to the registration, click on "Register Another Individual for the Same Event." Have your colleagues’ individual email and identifiable information available in order to complete their registration.

To complete registration and pay for the course, click on "Click Here to Checkout Now." Your registration for the course will not be confirmed until payment has been completed. Select "Click to Pay with Credit Card." Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive two emails confirming: receipt of payment and registration in the course.

Can I register multiple people for a program at once?

Yes. If you wish to register more than one person, please obtain their individual email address and other personally identifiable information before completing the online registration form.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Go to "Login." Then select “Forgot Your Login ID and/or Password?” Then follow the prompts to reset your password.

When will I receive my CE certificate?

Within 1 day of completion of the course, participants will receive an email from UK COD Continuing Education ukcdeoffice@learning-stream.com with a link to a course evaluation. Within 30 minutes of completing the course evaluation, registrants will receive another email from ukcdeoffice@learning-stream.com with a link to their CE certificate.  Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't found either the evaluation or the certificate emails.

How can I access past CE certificates?

Go to "Account Details" to log into your account. Then click on “Certificates.”

How can I see a listing of all the courses I have registered for?

To see a listing of completed and/or registered courses, click on "Account Details" after you have logged in.
