Practical Examinations

The QCCC National Training Society (NTS) has been approved by Natural Resources of Canada (NRCan) to be an Approved Examination Center (AEC) for Initial Practical Examinations in PT, MT and UT and are now conducting these exams out of our Edmonton AB office.

To assist candidates in preparing for their initial examination, the National Training Fund and the QCCC National Training Society are sponsoring practical workshops at our Edmonton AB office to help prepare students for their practical exam and get them working on the same equipment they will be testing with. These workshop services are at no cost to applicants currently in good standings with the QCCC, but standard examinations fees still apply.

NOTE: Non-union members are also welcomed to participate in practical examinations at our Edmonton facility. Please register using the enclosed Registration Form and paying the applicable fees.

Once the person seeking certification receives their Practical Examination Admittance Form from NRCan, they may fill out the enclosed Registration Form and submit the completed form via email to nts@qcccanada.com

The NTS will review the form and respond to the candidate to confirm their booking and send them the details of their examination booking.
