KiDSCOR Programming - Child Registration

This form needs to be completed only once for each child.

By completing this form, you will be registered in the check-in system for all Resurrection Kids activities (worship and non-worship events). Upon arrival, check-in at any touch-screen computer kiosk using the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Please allow a couple of days for the registration to be processed. If you plan to attend Kids programming before then, stop by the Kids welcome area for assistance. We look forward to seeing you soon!
