Induction cooking isn’t new, but it may be new to you! Induction cooking offers many benefits over cooking with gas or standard electric stoves, including speed, precision, and improved air quality. This class will cover how induction works and why it’s superior to other cooking methods. The class will include demonstrations by the Food Service Technology Center’s consulting chef.
