Welcome to our Family events registration system!

Things about our registration system you need to know:

It has a SHOPPING CART that holds all the individual registrations for your family members until you are ready to CHECKOUT. This feature allows you to make ONE PAYMENT for multiple registrations for events that have fees.

You have the OPTION to create a personal logon account for your family OR you may choose to register as a Guest.

If you have your own logon account, the demographic information you enter on your registration(s) will be automatically filled in for you on the next event you register for--per family member.

It is secure; it does not store debit/credit card or eCheck account numbers.

If you DO NOT HAVE A PERSONAL LOGON AND WANT TO CREATE ONE:
click here to create it now, BEFORE you click on an event below.  After your logon has been created, this page will reappear;  then, follow the step by step instructions in the next paragraph to register your family (Note: third bullet doesn't apply as you'll still be logged in.)

If you HAVE A PERSONAL LOGON:

  • Click the name of the event below that you or a family member wants to attend
  • Click the register button when you're ready to begin registering
  • Log in to your registration account when prompted; names of family members who are listed on your account will appear
  • If the person you need to register is not listed, click ADD ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL; if the person is listed, click REGISTER next to the name
  • Complete and submit the registration form
  • If you need to register an additional person, choose the option to add another individual
  • After you have submitted the registration for the last person, choose the option to CHECKOUT
  • Complete the payment page if a payment is due

If you DON'T HAVE A PERSONAL LOGON and want to register as a Guest:

  • Click the name of the event below that you or a family member wants to attend
  • Click the register button when you're ready to begin registering
  • Choose REGISTER AS A GUEST when prompted for a logon
  • Complete and submit the registration form
  • If you need to register an additional person, choose the option to add another individual
  • After you have submitted the registration for the last person, choose the option to CHECKOUT
  • Complete the payment page if a payment is due

2020 Appalachian Service Project Mission Trip for Students & Adult volunteers
Appalachian Service Project (ASP) provides one of the most rewarding service opportunities in the nation for high school students and their leaders — bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families. ASP's goal is to make homes 'warmer, safer and drier' for families in need.
