Welcome to the CTK Young Church registration page. We look forward to serving you in our Middle School and High School Programs.

• Middle School Ministry (6th - 8th grade) - Meets on Sundays from 5:00 - 6:45 pm in the CKS Cafeteria
• High School Ministry (9th - 12th grade) - Meets on Sundays from 5:00 - 6:45 pm in Kenny Hall
• Confirmation registration is open to all students 10th grade and up who have completed one year of ongoing faith formation in the prior academic year.

Please note that if you are in need of financial aid for any of our programs, please fill out the relevant scholarship request form prior to registering for your specific events as full payment is expected at the time of registration.
