Drake Executive Leadership Program: Leading Others Cohort 10 2023
This program is in-person and completed over a 14 month time period. Leading Others is supported by a cross-industry cohort of peers and facilitators. Enrolled participants will develop both an actionable leadership development plan and a comprehensive business plan. THE FORMAT The program combines a unique opportunity to maximize learning and development while minimizing time away from the office. Through a combination of executive coaching and classroom time, you move through the program components, implementing as you learn: Program Key Dates Program begins February 6, 2023 (No formal class) *Complete the Drake Leadership Success Profile* Identify current leadership challenges with personalized executive coaching sessions. April 4,5,6,7 (SELF +TEAM) *Identify your strengths and challenges through your Leadership Success Profile results *Develop a Leader Development Plan *Evaluate your personal leadership and articulate your leadership brand *Utilize the Leadership Performance Model (LPM) to build an effective environment for your team June 6,7,8,9 (BUSINESS) *Learn how to drive strategy and decision-making * Identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities *Create a business plan *Receive valuable insights by presenting your business plan to the Dolphin Tank Executive Coaching- Duration of Program *Enhance professional skills under the guidance of an expert executive coach *Guidance in understanding your leadership gains through assessment and re-assessment of the Leadership Success Profile Graduation- March 2024 Fee: $11,499 (Early Bird Discount of $750 will be applied automatically with registration before December 9, 2022.) CERTIFICATE Supervisory Leadership- Spring 2023
In-person Course- Leveraging the best of real-life business experience and Drake University's proprietary methodology, this program is designed to equip emerging leaders/managers with the competencies required to drive success in their team and business. Participants will focus on how they utilize their role to effectively grow teams, empower others, create accountability, and connect the day-to-day with the overarching business needs. The program will help participants increase their (business) critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities and grow their peer network via experiential learning and collaboration with other participants.
