Supervisory Leadership CERTIFICATE Program 2021
Leveraging the best of real-life business experience and Drake University's proprietary methodology, this program is designed to equip emerging leaders/managers with the competencies required to drive success in their team and business. Participants will focus on how they utilize their role to effectively grow teams, empower others, create accountability, and connect the day to day with the overarching business needs. The program will help participants increase their (business) critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities and grow their peer network via experiential learning and collaboration with other participants. Drake Executive Leadership Program: Leading Others Cohort 9 2022
This all-virtual program is completed over a 12 month time period and is supported by a cross-industry cohort. Enrolled participants will develop both an actionable leadership development plan and a comprehensive business plan.
